Quick clarity on courses, mock tests, preparation support, account access and payments.

Course access Mock tests Payments
Why is my payment not going through?

Payment can fail because of a bank decline, UPI timeout, expired checkout session, blocked popup, weak network, or repeated gateway clicks. Please try one fresh checkout attempt, keep the registered email and mobile number same, and contact Lex Templum support with the payment screenshot if money is debited but the order is not confirmed.

How do I request a refund?

Refund requests are reviewed according to the Lex Templum refund policy and the status of course or mock access. Please share your registered email, mobile number, order ID, payment ID, course name, and reason for the request so the support team can verify it properly.

Why are my purchased courses not showing in my dashboard?

Purchased courses normally appear after successful payment verification. If a course is still missing, log out and log in again, refresh the dashboard, and share your registered email, mobile number, payment ID, order ID, and course name with support. The team can verify the transaction and restore access where eligible.

What is the current CLAT PG exam mode?

Recent CLAT has used an offline pen-and-paper OMR format for the postgraduate paper. Aspirants should still verify the official notification for the relevant admission year before relying on the final mode, date, centre, marking scheme, or counselling rules.

Will I get an exam centre near my city?

Exam centre allotment depends on the choices submitted in the application form and the conducting body's final allocation. Select preferences carefully, check the admit card when released, and plan travel early instead of assuming that the first preference will always be allotted.

How should I practice for CLAT PG and AILET PG mocks?

Practice with timed full-length mocks, previous-year questions, subject-wise MCQs, OMR-style discipline, and a written error log. After every mock, revise the law subject behind each mistake before attempting the next test.
